SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Locations  

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, international shipping is not available.  

 

Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from the date of confirmation.   
Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.  

 

Delivery Timeline  

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–8 business days, ensuring your fashion products reach you promptly without unnecessary delays.  

 

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can submit a request for re-delivery.  

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photographs as proof.   
For packages lost during transit, we will coordinate with our courier partner to arrange either a replacement or a full refund upon verification.
