  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging intact.    

     
  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.    

     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team within this timeframe to initiate the process.    

     
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will be declined.    
     

 

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request    
Email us your Order ID along with the reason for return at avecttechsolutions@gmail.com.   

Step 2: Provide Supporting Images    
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, attach clear photos to help us process your request efficiently.   

Step 3: Follow the Provided Instructions    
After reviewing and approving your request, we will provide the full return procedure.    
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.  

 

Refund Process & Timeline  

Once we receive the returned product, our team will verify it against the return conditions. You will be notified if the refund is approved or declined. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is completed.  

 

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If a returned item partially fails to meet the conditions—such as minor damage or missing packaging—a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can resolve it promptly.
