Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

If your order meets the cancellation criteria, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We currently do not allow changes to items or delivery addresses once an order is confirmed. In such situations, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
